Inflammatory protein expression levels. Inflammatory protein regulatory effect of AOE in HepG2 cells. Cell lysates were obtained using NP40 lysis buffer and 15 μg of protein was loaded on a 12 % SDS-PAGE gel. After separation, proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane. Protein blot was detected using a Davinci-K chemiluminescence detector. β-actin protein was used as an internal control.
