Inhibitory effect of the main ginsenosides in PTS on thrombin induced platelet aggregation. Platelets (4 × 108 cells · ml-1) were pre-incubated with or without Rg1 (a), Re (b), R1 (c) or their combination of equal concentration (d), and then stimulated with thrombin (0.1 U · ml-1).
