Effects of SMGGT water extract on UVB-induced expression of MMP-1 (a) and type-1 procollagen (b) in human skin dermal fibroblast cells. After UVB-irradiation (40 mJ/cm2), cells were cultured with or without various concentrations of SMGGT for 24 h. Each evaluation was performed in triplicate.
