EEDS-mediated upregulation of TRAIL receptors. a A549 cells were treated with various concentrations of EEDS. After 24 h, total RNA was prepared from the cells, and changes in relative gene expression in response to EEDS were determined by expression chip analysis as described in our previous report [24].
