Effects of kudzu vine extract on t-BHP-induced (a) hepatotoxicity and (b) inhibition of ROS generation. The effects of kudzu vine extract on hepatotoxicity and inhibition of ROS generation in t-BHP-treated human liver-derived HepG2 cells were investigated. Curcumin was used as a reference control. The results are presented as mean ± SD of three experiments with triplicate samples. Values with different letters (a, b, c, d) are significantly different one from another (one-way ANOVA followed by Newman-Keuls multiple range test, P < 0.05).
