Effects of EEDL on LPS-induced DNA-binding activity of NF-κB p65 in RAW 264.7 cells. RAW 264.7 cells cultured in 6-well plate were pre-treated with EEDL (200, 100 and 50 μg/mL) for 2 h, then the LPS (with a final concentration of 0.2 μg/mL) was added for another 30 min, then the cell lysates were extracted and quantified. The DNA-binding activity of NF-κB p65 was measured by transcription factor assay. Values are means ± SD (n = 6) and significant difference compared with blank control or LPS treated alone, ##P < 0.01 vs. blank control group, *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 vs. LPS-treated group
