Effect of Calycosin on LPS-induced disorganization of cytoskeleton and morphological change of vinculin. Immunofluorescence assay was performed with phalloidin and anti-vinculin antibody. Cells were fixed and stained for F-actin to observe cytoskeleton remodeling (red), vinculin (green) and merged images are shown in yellow which means that Rho/ROCK pathway was activated.
