NC is negative control, TC is treated topically with Collagenase ointment, TF is treated topically with Fibrinolysin and TAc is treated topically with phytomedicine cream Acheflan. Day zero (n = 6), 8^th (n = 3) and 15^th (n = 3) days after injury.
