Effects of PJ on nicotine-induced locomotor sensitization. Rats were pretreated with vehicle (▲), PJ (10 mg/kg, i.p., PJ10(dev)), PJ (25 mg/kg, i.p., PJ25(dev)), PJ (50 mg/kg, i.p., PJ50(dev)), PJ (100 mg/kg, i.p., □ PJ100(dev)), or PJ (200 mg/kg, i.p., PJ200(dev)) 30 min before injections of nicotine twice daily for 7 consecutive days.
