Inhibition of cell adhesion to collagen and colony formation in the presence of Yukyung Karne. a SKOV6 cells were grown in presence of Paclitaxel (Pac, 10 nM), Yukyung Karne (YK, 100 μg) or PY [Pac (10 nM) + YK (100 μg)] and allowed to adhere to collagen-coated (10 μg/ml) cover slips for 24 h. The adhered cells were quantified using Hoechst dye. b Cells were treated as above and grown in soft agar for 14 days and the number of colonies was counted. All results represented here are mean ± S.D. from three independent experiments. Statistical significance: *, p <0.05; **, p <0.001
