The blue lines represent the raw data, whereas the red lines represent fitted data. The curve fit was good as seen in the residuals, which are the differences between the data and the fitted curve. The residuals of a good fit fluctuate randomly and tightly about zero. (C). Diffusion times of TAMRA-Aβ1–42 during Aβ1–42 fibrillation in the absence (Aβ1–42 alone, control) and presence of different concentrations of asiaticoside (5–20 μM).
