Effects of SSeo on TNF-α-induced HASMC migration. (A) Invasiveness of the cells was determined by measuring their ability to pass through a layer of a Matrigel-coated filter. Following treatment with TNF-α (100 ng/ml) in the presence or absence of SSeo (20 μg/ml) for 8 h, cells on the bottom side of the filter were fixed, stained and counted. (B) Data from three independent experiments are expressed as overall mean ± SD.
