Effect of Pt in HUVEC viability evaluated by MTT assay. After incubation with 8 μM Pt, the percentage of cell viability was 63.33% ± 8.12% as evaluated by MTT assay. Results are expressed as percentage of control cells. Bars represent mean ± SD. Assays were repeated five times and performed in triplicate.
