Effects of Kihi-to on dendritic extension following Aβ(25–35)-induced atrophy. Cortical neurons were cultured for 4 days and then treated with or without (Cont) 10 μM Aβ(25–35). Four days after the administration of Aβ(25–35), the cells were treated with Kihi-to (0.01 and 0.1 μg/ml), 100 ng/ml of NGF, or vehicle (Veh). Five days after treatment, the cells were fixed and immunostained with an antibody against MAP2 (A).
