Determination of adverse toxicity of OC on mammalian macrophages. Macrophages from peritoneal cavity of mice were incubated for 72 h at 37°C in CO₂ incubator with increasing concentrations (50, 100, 150 and 200 μg ml^-1) of OC or pentamidine and viability ascertained. Each bar represents mean ± SE of triplicate samples and data is representative of one of three independent experiments.
