Changes in body temperature of the LPS-challenged rabbits. n = 6 in each group. The rabbits were administered with berberine at the doses of 0.06, 0.05 or 0.04 g/kg, in compartion with the non-treament rabbits. Each rabbit was injected with 0.8 EU/kg LPS.
