Effect of RMO or indomethacin (INDO) on mice paw edema induced by carrageenan. Mice were pretreated with vehicle, INDO (10 mg/kg), or RMO at the doses of 50, 100, and 200 mg/kg (v.o.) 60 min before carrageenan-induced paw edema. Measurements were performed at the times 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 h after the subplantar injection of carrageenan (1%, 50 μl). Each value represents the mean ± S.E.M.
