In vivo KSY treatment reduces Ki-67 expression and increases the expression of p53 and p21. (a) In the Nu-B model, Ki-67-positive cells (brown) in tumors were detected by immunohistochemistry. Five fixed fields from each tumor section were analyzed for the number of Ki-67-positive cells. The percentage of Ki-67-positive cells was calculated by the number (Ki-67-positive cells/the total cell number of five fields) × 100%.
