AMPK inhibitor attenuates isoquercitrin-mediated FAS mRNA expression in H4IIE cells. H4IIE cells were incubated with isoquercitrin (200 μM) in the absence or presence of compound C (10 μM) pretreatment for 1 h. (A) Isoquercitrin-induced AMPK activation was suppressed by compound C. (B) The mRNA expression level of FAS was analyzed as indicated.
