The plasma levels of histamine (A) and IgE (B) in D. farinae extract-sensitized Nc/Nga mice. AC (10 mg/mouse/day) and Protopic ointment (50 mg/mouse/day) were topically applied on the back and ears once daily for 4 weeks.
