Comparative cytotoxicity of IC 50 of S. gratum , J. gangetica and L. flava on Kato-III, NUGC-4 and Hs27 by MTT assay. Results were expressed as the means ±SD from three independent experiments (*p<0.05) and compared to Hs27-treated cells. J. gangetica showed the lowest IC50, whereas the highest was from L. flava. Significant differences (p<0.05) between S. gratum and L. flava were observed between both cancer cell lines.
