Cytotoxic effect of resveratrol on 3 T3-L1 preadipocytes. Cells were treated with 0–100 μM of resveratrol. Intracellular oil droplets were stained with MTT dye and quantified. Cells were incubated with 0–100 μM resveratrol for 24 h at 37°C in humidified 5% CO₂ incubator. The resultant formazan product was dissolved in 200 ml DMSO/well, and its concentration was measured at 490 nm by a microplate spectrophotometer.
