Effect of E. africana fraction CH 2 Cl 2 /MeOH 5% on LPS-induced expression of proinflammatory cytokines and iNOS in microglia. N9 cells were pre-treated with different concentrations of Ea5 (0.05, 0.5, 5 and 50 μg/ml) and or Baicalin (5 μg/ml), with or without LPS for a stimulation period of 24 h.
