Effects of crude methanol extract (EAD) on oedema formation and myeloperoxidase activity induced by carrageenan in mice. In A, the results of single oral treatment with vehicle (control group), EAD (30, 100 and 300 mg/kg), and dexamethasone (Dexa, 1 mg/kg, s.c.) in oedema formation at 2 hs time point (A) and in myeloperoxidase activity at 6 hs after (B) carrageenan (300 mg/kg) in mice.
