Effects of SH on serotonin secretion and TXB 2 formation. Serotonin secretion was induced by (A) collagen, (B) AA, or (C) thrombin and was then determined by a fluorimetric method, as a described (n = 4). TXB2 formations were preincubated with SH or ASA at the indicated concentrations for 3 min and then exposed to (D) collagen (3 μg/ml), (E) AA (100 μM), or (F) thrombin (0.05 U/ml).
