Inhibitory effects of fHRT-BU on RANKL-induced NFATc1 expression in BMMs. (A) BMMs were incubated with M-CSF (60 ng/ml), RANKL (150 ng/ml), and sample (10 μg/ml) for the indicated time points. mRNA expression of NFATc1, c-Fos, TRAP, ATPv0d2, and cathepsin K was analyzed by QPCR.
