Effects of SF5 on the expression of cyclins, p21 and c-myc in K562 cells. Cells (2.5 × 105/mL) were cultured in the absence (control) or presence of SF5 (50 μg/mL) for 36 h. RNA was extracted and the RT-PCR products were visualized by agarose gel electrophoresis as described in “Methods”. β-Actin mRNA was used as loading control.
