Effect of EMM on the phosphorylations of MAPKs and Akt in RAW 264.7 cells. (A) Cells pretreated with indicated concentrations of EMM for 1 h were stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 30 min. (B) Cells pretreated with indicated concentrations of EMM or inhibitors for 1 h were stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 30 min. Whole cell lysates (40 μg) were analyzed by Western blotting using corresponding antibodies.
