Treatment of P. linteus inhibits IgE production in B cell line. (A) Various concentrations of P. linteus extract were treated to U266B1 cell lines for 72 hrs and cell viability was measured by MTT assay. (B) U266B1 cells were stimulated with P. linteus (0.5 mg/ml) in the presence or absence of LPS (10 μg/ml), IL-4 (5 ng/ml) for 72 hrs and IgE levels in the culture supernatants were determined by ELISA.
