Profiles of the Western blot analyses for PGE 2 receptors (EPs). 50 μg of the protein of the isolated cultured fat cells and HEK293 cells over expressing EP1 and control HEK293 cells were isolated by 12 % PAGE and then transferred to nitrocellulose membrane. The receptors were stained by specific subtype EP antibodies, as indicated.
