Mice were treated for 7 days, femurs were removed and bone marrow cells were collected. Cells were immunophenotyped using a mouse lineage panel (Fig A-F). Fluorescence was analyzed using flow cytometry and data were analyzed with a Cell Quest program (BD). ANOVA and Tukey test were use to determine statistical differences. Treatment with all highly diluted tinctures changed the expression profile of bone marrow cell markers. Lipid peroxidation was determined by FOX2 absorbance on a spectrophotometer at 560 nm (Fig G).
