Effects of Tualang honey on uterine morphology in rats. OVX control group showed an atrophic uterus with cuboidal endometrial epithelium, endometrium with cuboidal inactive cells and stroma in less cellular. After 2 weeks administration of Tualang honey at all doses has resulted in a partially reversal of uterine atrophy. The increased thickness of endometrium in all treated groups was due to an increased in the amount of collagen in the stroma.
