Effects of APS on apoptosis analyzed by annexin V assay. Apoptosis was induced by serum depletion (control). APS, TPO or Ly294002 were used to treat the cells for 72 hours. The cells were stained with annexin V-FITC and Propidium Iodide (PI) and subjected to flow cytometry analyses. (A).
