Effects of APS on blood cell counts of irradiated mice model. Mice (n = 6) were irradiated on day 0 and then treated with vehicle (Control), APS (10 mg/kg/day, APS) and TPO (1 ug/kg/day, TPO). The blood was taken and the numbers of (A). red blood cells (RBC), (B). white blood cells (WBC) and (C). platelets were counted.
