EGCG promoted autophagy in LPS-induced pneumonia. ELISA and RT-qPCR methods were used to measure the level of proteins (A-C) and the expression of genes (D-F) involved in autophagy, respectively. EGCG increased autophagy in lung tissue by decreasing the level of mTOR (A, D) and significantly increasing the level of LC3 (B, E) and BECN1 (C, F). The lowercase letters presented on the bars describe the result of the statistical analysis, where different letters indicate significant differences between groups; the p-value < 0.05 was considered significant
